Promoting health and longevity at every step
We are excited to announce our new partnership with Golden Bell senior living, a community dedicated to senior well-being. We are proud to be selected as the new in-house therapy provider for two retirement communities in Wilton Manors, Florida.
Angel Baricelli
I’ve been practicing Physical Therapy for over 17 years. Before relocating to South Florida from Boston, I worked across a variety of clinical settings—from sports medicine facilities to nationally recognized institutions including Tufts Medical Center and Hebrew SeniorLife Home Care, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse patient population. My clinical experience ranges from athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to individuals rehabilitating after joint replacements and spinal surgeries, as well as seniors navigating physical challenges in assisted and independent living communities.
My philosophy as a clinician is rooted in connection and personalization. I strive to understand each patient’s unique goals and needs to craft individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful outcomes—ultimately enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Our mission
At Stellar Physical Therapy and Wellness, we empower adults 50+ to slow the aging process, reverse muscle loss, and maintain strength, mobility, and independence—so you never have to give up the activities you love. Whether it’s enjoying a walk in the park with your partner, playing pickleball with your grandchildren, traveling to meet a new family member, or simply dining out with confidence, we’re here to help you stay active, resilient, and fully engaged in life at every stage.
We focus on promoting longevity by building muscle strength, improving cardiovascular health, and preventing falls—key factors in maintaining independence and quality of life. Muscle loss and declining endurance can make everyday activities harder and increase the risk of injury, however, this can be reversed and prevented with properly-structured therapy protocols.
Through a personalized, progressive approach, we help our clients remain strong, steady, and active by combating muscle loss (sarcopenia), boosting cardiovascular fitness (VO2 max), and enhancing balance to reduce fall risk.
